Replaced a custom island and a cupboard . Installed 5 rollout shelves and all new doors to update our kitchen. My wife and I built a new home about 12 years ago and used Starline to design and build our kitchen, bathroom and laundry room cupboards. We were thrilled with the work they did at that time, and just recently had an occasion to use them again.
We had to replace our stacking washer and dryer, and unfortunately the new units are taller than what we had, and therefore would not fit under one of our laundry room cupboards. So we went to Starline and spoke to Doug about getting a new cupboard built. This of course involved getting the old cupboard removed, the new cupboard built and installed. We were under a bit of a time deadline as we already had a delivery date for the new appliances, but they wouldn’t fit in our space until the old cupboard was removed.
This of course was a small job compared to a lot of the work Starline does. But it didn’t matter. Doug bent over backwards to accommodate our needs and we couldn’t have been happier with both the work Starline did, and the customer service we received. We also have to make a special mention of Tom, the installer at Starline. He was at our place a couple of times and went out of his way to make sure the job was done right. He was also extremely pleasant to deal with.
All in all, as was the case when Starline first designed and built our cabinets some 12 years ago, we were thrilled with Starline and would highly recommend them. So a big thank you to Doug, Tom and all the Starline staff. You once again have two very happy customers
We had Starline Cabinets install new kitchen cabinet door fronts and new drawer boxes to refresh a 30yr old kitchen back in April. They also arranged to have new counter tops installed.

Starline originally installed our cabinets many years ago. Three years ago I went back as I wanted to update the center island, which meant having a large section of a granite shelf removed. The workmen did a very good job of cutting and removing the piece of granite and disposal of the piece that was removed. Three years later, I had a stripped screw on a drawer in the island which meant the hardware on the drawer could not be removed. I took the entire drawer in today, hoping to order the hardware and perhaps ask for some advice on how to remove the damaged hardware. Once again I dealt with Doug Maljaars. He was very responsive and took the drawer and returned in about 5 minutes….new hardware and drawer facing added! I was delighted! So second great experience with this company. Very reasonable work, professional and friendly. And a big thank-you to Doug! Will definitely deal with this company again….would recommend.
